Probably nothing!  But your prospects do.  Over 40 million Americans shoot pool at least once per week.  I would guess you have picked up a pool cue a few times in your life.  But few people have ever seen a live trick shot presentation.  That’s the draw.  Our shows are guaranteed to Attract, Engage, Inform, and Qualify.

The beauty of the way our show is designed, your company does not need to have anything to do with pool for us to create a memorable learning experience for your target demographic. Our show is 100% based on your value proposition, sales message, product benefits and call to action.

Thanks to years of research and development, we have learned to master the subtle techniques that create a persuasive presentation. Through the perfect blend of psychology and mind-control, the messaging is laid out in a way the audience is in a relaxed state. This scripting is done in such a fashion the audience is unaware of how much information they are trying to assimilate. For more information, go to Memorable Sales-Ties and watch our video.
Your ornate pool table measures 4 ft x 8 ft – about the size of two banquet tables side by side. We recommend placing the long end of the table at the edge of the booth on the main aisle. Chef Anton only requires 2 feet of space behind the table for his shots. The bigger question is…”Where will you put all of the attendees surrounding your booth!”.
You don’t, we do. Chef Anton has 18-19 pool tables warehoused all over the United States. His company takes care of the delivery, set-up, and break down of your table. You have nothing to do except Generate Qualified Leads.
Tricks of the Trade, Inc is completely turn key for you. We provide the PA System, Choreographed Music, Pool Table and all accessories.
According to industrial psychologist Richard Lloyd, “Audiences quizzed three hours after the show had a 90% retention rate of our Top 3 Sales Messages.”

First, we consult with your Trade Show Coordinator and Sales Manager. Through years of experience, we are able to learn your goals for the show and research your products and services. Next, we develop a detailed outline based on your main sales points and product benefits. This presentation includes jargon unique to your industry. Once it is approved, we create sales tie-ins incorporating the product features and benefits and blend them all into a memorable sales presentation. Finally, we choose from over 500 original trick shots to develop a show which best communicates your sales message. The show is scripted and rehearsed.   The presentation is soon over. A line forms as the intrigued eagerly await answers from your personnel. There is a wonderful feeling of well being as the crowd disperses replete with prizes, unique premiums, and your product information memorably implanted in their minds. They’ll be back. And, they’ll bring their friends.

The secret to eliminating dead leads and generating qualified leads is to let the audience qualify themselves. Although we will draw thousands of people throughout the show, only a certain percentage will be able to maximize the benefits of your service. Rather than trying to scan every badge, focus on those who are qualified. The secret is to make the audience aware of how you can help them and more importantly, to make them feel comfortable enough to come into the booth and speak with your sales people.

Trade shows success is all about building relationships. A firm handshake and a smile is the perfect start. But this is impossible, if the people do not come into the booth. Our solution is to offer Booth Camp. This program is designed to teach your sales people how to effectively interact with the crowd and me during the show. Your staff will learn how to identify hot leads, when to scan badges, and what not to do during the show. In fact, your sales people will be an integral part of the show. Most importantly, the audience will become more comfortable with your sales staff. Once the invisible wall is broken down, the crowd will be more likely to take time to ask questions once the show is over.

Yes. Our most popular show is our trick shot sales presentation with choreographed music. Featuring the same shots Chef Anton used to win The United States Trick Shot Championships, this unique show blends comedy, magic, and pool ball wizardry. As if that were not enough, the entire show is choreographed to customized music and sound effects launching it to a whole new level. All this while Anton’s running commentary is tied to your service or product benefits. Besides being a pool champion, Chef Anton is also an internationally recognized close-up and stage magician from the Magic Castle in Hollywood. Depending on the size of your booth, you have many different forms of Magic Sales Entertainment to choose from including:

  • Aisle Magic
  • Close-Up Magic
  • Stage Magic
  • Parlour Magic
  • Stage Magic
  • Interactive Poker Run

You don’t! We will do it for you. Our company has designed the highest quality premiums that to serve as a reminder of your company and your sales message. Each product will be personalized with your company name, logo, and key points from the presentation.
Depends on the show package you select.  Our Award-Winning Trick Shot Show and Stage Magic Show are both approximately 25-35 minutes and repeated hourly every day of the trade show.

All other shows are based on the ebb and flow of the trade show traffic.  Chef is there to work, so breaks are kept to a minimal because we never know when your next biggest prospect could be walking right by your booth.

It’s all about the numbers.  Just like when you had a Lemonade Stand as a kid.  At any given trade show, there are only a certain percentage of attendees that can utilize your products and services. Let’s say 10%.  So if I draw you 100 people, you are likely to get 10 leads.  But if I can get you 3,000 leads, then you will get 300 leads.
Absolutely.  Even if your company cannot utilize our services, you can still profit.  All you need to do is put us in touch with someone that you know is exhibiting.  We will contact them, send marketing material, customize their show, and when they book the show, you get a 15% Referral Fee.  So while I am working, you can go on a much deserved vacation..
Well, my company is called Tricks of the Trade because I know them.
